Job Summary
Plans at a strategic level encompassing both professional and managerial responsibility for the timely, cost effective completion of the design, development or implementation of all new development projects and maintenance and enhancement of highly complex information systems. Responsibilities have a cross-organizational impact.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Creates and executes strategic technology plans and roadmaps for digital business. Leads and coaches team to accomplish business, corporate and professional goals and objectives. Builds and manages effective relationships with other technology and business partners. Guides technology teams to ensure proper design according to architecture standards, reusability and extensibility requirements. Plans effectively using appropriate methodologies from Agile to Waterfall. Financial management.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
  • 10 to 15 years of technology experience with most recent in the digital space. Must be able to understand low level details in technical designs when necessary. Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, effectively lead teams, and deliver solutions seamlessly across multiple business domains. Should have a high level knowledge of .Net, Java, MEAN Stack, MS Windows Sever, Linux, Relational Databases, and Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with developing business plans. Industry knowledge is preferable but not required.
