PositionLevel 2 Desktop Support Technician
L2 Support tech (Desktop Support Tech)The Desktop Support Technician reports to the Director of Information Technology and is part of a multi-person team responsible for providing technical support to all local and remote users. This position will take ownership of incoming requests via email and telephone and will be responding to complex desktop, application, network and telephone issues, escalating when appropriate . This position is also responsible for supporting and managing the builds and life cycle of all desktop PCs and mobile devices. The position will be cross-trained in some network, virtualization and server operations to assist senior staff where appropriate. Required Skills:
Position Requirements+ A+ Certification highly desirable
Experience with the following desirable:+ Experience working with Active Directory
