Built like a consulting firm, you’ll have the opportunity to work on complex cases as a key member of the service team. Your primary responsibilities involve relationship development with current clients and executing service strategies. The agency has a history of promoting employees within senior account management and account executive ranks. The agency seeks someone passionate about client service who wants to progress in their capabilities servicing self-funded groups. Key responsibilities include: updating policies and files, preparing meeting materials and presentation slides, upselling new lines of coverage. Ultimately, you’ll serve as the first line of contact for clients on daily policy issues.
