The Bilingual Sr. Project Manager (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian or Mandarin)
is responsible for leading all aspects of large scale projects within the assigned solution or technology domain. The Project Manager leads the product owner(s) and technology teams in translating the product vision into a program of projects (if required) in support of the product strategy. They are also responsible for leading the planning, monitoring, execution and successful completion of assigned projects in the portfolio – on time, on budget, and within scope. The Project Manager is responsible for Process Assurance: ensuring that projects are planned and executed in a manner consistent with business strategy, commitments, goals and PMO standards.They are expected to apply industry best practices to drive project success. They will collaborate with business customers and IT in developing project plans, gathering project status efficiently by “walking around" and will lead “forward looking, action oriented" status meetings. The Project Manager will manage the expectations of all stakeholders through transparent and proactive Steering Committee and project status meetings and reporting. The Project Manager must continually stay ahead of the project team, keeping them abreast of upcoming activities and proactively making adjustments.


  • Drive the creation of, as well as maintain, project management plans
  • Perform regular budget & resource usage analysis on assigned projects
  • Regularly provide a living timeline to business customers and IT
  • Provide a high level project status on short notice
  • Create and drive the execution of project capacity plans and resource plans
  • Conduct weekly project status meetings
  • Facilitate Project Debriefs
  • Produce weekly program and project status reports with accurate accounting of:
    • Accomplishments
    • Scheduling/dates
    • Scope
    • Resources
    • Budget
    • Issues
    • Risks
    • Action Items

Basic Qualifications:

  • Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian or Mandarin
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years direct work experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or Scrum Master Certification
  • familiarity with project management software, such as HP-PPM and Microsoft Project
  • Manage project(s) milestones and scope
  • Implement and manage large scale projects, corrective actions, and interventions to achieve project outputs with minimal supervision.
  • Manage project budget
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Manage requests for changes and prioritize work based on business needs and available resources.
  • Develop and plan communication strategies to ensure status, activities, accomplishments, issues and risks are communicated to senior management, project stakeholders, and IT teams proactively.
  • Facilitate effective and efficient team meetings, which include but are not limited to: Establish meeting agenda's, Ensure optimal attendee participation, Timely distribution of meeting minutes, Appropriate follow up on Action items
  • Provide process leadership, direction, and support to project teams.
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by project team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contributes best practices and thought leadership to the PMO Framework
  • Experience working in an offshore delivery model
