Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a team responsible for building and improving quality claims handling and enhancing the client experience?

American National is currently seeking a quality focused individual with a strong passion and understanding of field claims processes. The Director of Catastrophe and Vendor Operations is responsible for the oversight of vendor work product quality across multiple states, disciplines and vendor partners. A successful candidate will possess the ability to effectively coordinate catastrophe responses and plans. The Director will also be responsible for desk and CAT team management.

Job Requirements:

College degree required or equivalent work experience

At least ten (10) years of property claims/management experience

Insurance industry designation (CPCU, AIC, SCLA) preferred

Xactimate and XactAnalysis experience required

Ability to travel for industry events, training and catastrophic events
