Business Development ManagerUnder the direction of the President, work closely with the President and Director of Sales to plan, develop and execute tactics and strategies to identify, recruit and onboard new agents and dealers. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Client Relationship Managers in training Warranty Solutions' agent and dealer base on Product Knowledge, Dealership best practices, and maximizing profit in the retail automotive environment. Directly support the desired revenue results and profit levels and work in concert with other company executives to build Warranty Solutions into a premier national vehicle service contracts and ancillary products provider. Duties include but are not limited to: Seek out and identify new opportunities for Warranty Solutions. Identify new agents and dealers and support the acquisition and onboarding with the Director of Sales and his team. Work in conjunction with the Director of Sales and the sales team in servicing accounts; Assists the Director of Sales and the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) in determining whether accounts are serviced satisfactorily by Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). Assist RSMs and CRMs in motivating agents and company personnel to meet deadlines and to provide quality service to customers. Assess the markets in all Divisions and Regions for sales activity. Perform dealership evaluations and complete recommendation write-ups. Function as a resource to the General Agents who represent the company. Provide senior management with information on the market place, the competition and any other pertinent information that may assist the company in meeting its sales objectives. Support CRMs in training of all General Agents, their Sub Agents, and their employees, relating to the sales and overall operations of the company's programs. Participates in sales efforts, to include meeting with customers and agents, representing the company at trade and educational seminars, marketing related products and services. Meet or exceed productivity standards as set forth by the company. Support the vision, mission and objectives of the company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel up to 80% of the time Successful track record in sales & finance training 5 years' experience in automotive industry 2 years' experience in management position Strong knowledge of business finance, marketing, and negotiation Strong written and interpersonal communication skills with both customers and within the corporation Strong presentation skills Exceptional customer service skills Self-motivated Innovative Ability to work autonomously with little direction Professional demeanor #LI-Post
