AGENCY DEVELOPER & CONSULTANT (Home based position)

We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented individual to work hand-in-hand with our Agency Owners to help them build their business profitably.

Requirements:

  • Ability to cultivate deep, productive relationships with Agency Owners and Producers
  • Helps Agency Owners effectively manage their franchise, grow, and maintain compliance within the franchise system
  • Ability to develop and deploy key sales strategies and plans in order to meet annual sales goals.  This includes the ability to create annual Business and Marketing Plans, implementation, measuring of results and making adjustments as needed to attain the desired goals.
  • Ability to develop new business startups into successful and thriving agencies.
  • Ability to perform behavioral-based interviews for Producers and Principals
  • Ability to documents activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Preferred P&C Sales Management; prior experience as agency owner or manager preferred.  Prior experience working with other agency owners and managers in B2B sales a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Travel up to 75% of the time, 2-3 days at a time
