Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for a Claims Operations Associate in Las Vegas, NV!

A vital role in helping to deliver a superior customer experience!

As an Allstate Claims Operations Associate you will provide claims office support including clerical data entry, processing claims, medical, and witness report requests, filing paper documents, processing claims payments, and performing word processing. Obtaining first notice of loss reports from claimant/agent via telephone/fax/mail/internet. Make and maintain a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs; serve the customer with empathy; and follow up to ensure that customer needs have been met.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing
  • Retrieves, prints and faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed
  • Process, sort, index and route incoming and outgoing communications related to claim operations
  • Receive, screen and route telephone calls and other electronic correspondence
  • Maintain internal and external customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED), plus one year of customer service experience in an office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is especially desirable
