Reporting directly to the CEO, the CSMO will lead the overall marketing strategy, drive marketing execution, create best practices and innovation to meet the complex demands of the marketplace, lead the national sales team and actively engage in determining pricing structures.  The CMSO will build the brand strategy and spearhead data driven outcomes while promoting a culture of responsiveness and execution and driving national sales.

The CSMO has direct responsibility for  managing the marketing  of  National Accounts and in partnering with the COO ensures the management of Regional and Local Market Accounts, serves as a liaison between stakeholders and supports organizational strategy by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.


  • Build a marketing strategy that articulates the company’s messaging and brand consistently
  • Accountable for the brand, marketing operations, market analysis and strategy, communications, channel marketing, digital marketing, product marketing and salesforce enablement
  • Drives sales by creating innovative marketing strategies that drive revenue targets
  • Development of the company revenue forecast
  • Create best practices, upgrade resources to meet the demands of the marketplace while increasing the value of the company
  • Directs, coordinates activities and provides training to Marketing Department
  • Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives
  • Participates in formulating and administering company policies, preparing and implementing budgets and developing long range goals and objectives
  • Serves as a key contributor in formulating pricing structures
  • Negotiates and manages contracts on behalf of the company 
  • Develops relationships with internal and external customers, staff and potential clients
  • Produces internal and external Marketing communications and publications
  • Oversees internal complaint resolution process
  • Provides regular reports to CEO and Board of Directors on sales and profitability
  • Ability to travel by air and car 2-3 weeks per month
