    Enhance the Overall Customer experience in any/ all facets prior to, during, and after the sale.1.

    Answer the incoming and cued calls on the Customer Care hotline2.

    Provide consultation to existing customers in regards to their plans, payments, and claims.3.

    Resolve Customer grievances4.

    Supervise accounts for accuracy5.

    Check the Customer Care voicemail and respond to customers6.

    Resolve Customer Cases7.

    Route calls to appropriate divisions8.

    Advise on Customer Portal login9.

    Update Contact information2.

    Contact newly enrolled customers1.

    Confirm that they received plan2.

    Answer general questions3.

    Advise on Customer Portal login4.

    Update Contact information5.

    Answer cases of customers with incorrect contact information3.

    Orchestrate the highest level of profitability protection1.

    Provide alternate perspective to customers looking to cancel2.

    Continually train on retention3.

    Continue educations on competitors within the vehicle service contract industry4.

    Investigate and resolve customer claims5.

    Provide solutions to customer disputes or concerns6.

    Assist in the collections of Past Due accounts4.

    Be a resource for Operational and Administrative outlets1.

    Collaborate, develop, and implement new ideas, concepts, and processes for better retention performance5.

    Position Requirements1.

    High school diploma or GED equivalent3.

    Some college preferred4.

    Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.5.

    Should have a knowledge and strong understanding of call center metrics6.

    Proficient computer skills and data entry7.

    Insurance and or Warranty experience preferred but not required8.

    Experience with AS400 highly preferred9.

    Successfully completed ToCo Warranty's foundation training
