Analyze, code, compile and test highly complex programs or modules. 2. Conduct code walkthroughs and other technical reviews throughout project and maintenance lifecycles. 3. Participate in requirements gathering, development of workflows of current and proposed system operations, collection and organization of pertinent system documentation, and development of system documentation. 4.Participate in the development of system internal and external design specifications. 5.Prepare programming specifications. 6. Prepare test cases for unit and integration testing. 7. Resolve production systems problems. 8. Utilize agile methodology throughout the project life cycle. 9. Develop relationships with other IT departments to ensure successful implementation of the projects. 10. Analyze initial cause of the problems such as user error, procedures, data corruption, or system problem. Provide effective resolutions to application problems. 11.Report potentially significant problems to Supervisor/Management without delay. 12.Generate status reports as required by Supervisor/Management.
1. Minimum 4-5 years of IT experience in system development. 2. Must be hands-on and strongly skilled in VB.NET and ASP.Net . 3. Also experience with SQL database development . 4. Good analytical and problem solving skills. 4. Good verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in terms less technical people can understand. 5. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well within a team environment. 6. Ability to prioritize and manage a workload of diverse activities.
