We are currently seeking a Director, Account Executive Management in our Connected Living team. Our Director will plan, organize, lead, control and coordinate the provision of services to existing wireless clients. The Director will be instrumental in developing short and long term goals for the growth of Assurant's wireless clients. She/he will act as the central point of contact for the client and will take the lead in overall service delivery, negotiations, strategy development and solutions development Key responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of existing client relationship with the intent of maintaining or expanding the relationship
  • Responsible for all client management activities associated with client device protection programs including business reviews, operational performance excellence, SLA adherence, etc.
  • Leads and coordinates the activities of all Assurant teams supporting the client including sales, marketing, accounting, finance, product development, legal, regulatory compliance and manages all ongoing program changes.
  • Responsible for achieving all financial targets for clients (GWP, NOI, Retention, etc.)
  • Leads client management team including hiring, managing, evaluating and developing associates within the team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provides input into the development of key management reports including monthly progress, quarterly reviews, business plans and more.
Required skills/experience
    • Bachelor's degree or minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing/Business
    • 7 years client management experience
    • 7 years of experience in the Mobile or wireless industry required
Other requirements:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word such as: Excel, Power Point and Word
    • 50% business travel is required.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with all levels of management
    • Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
    • Experience in completing action plans and projects, exposure to budgets, expense control reports or financial statements preferred.
    • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired experience:
    • Proven communication skills including ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and written as well as presentation skills
    • Extensive wireless industry experience
