Description:AmTrust Financial is seeking a Specialty Risk Marketing Manager to implement and oversee cutting-edge digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, and brand positioning strategies for the Specialty Risk division. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development, maintenance, and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy and will lead a team in developing innovative ideas that tie web, social, mobile, email, search and traditional advertising together for the department.

Duties:+ Liaise with head of marketing, global innovation, department leaders, and “product owners” to establish marketing needs.
  • Establish strategy and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for consumer acquisition
  • Consistently push the marketing agenda for the Specialty Risk Division
  • Integrate SEM and SEO strategies into each respective division
  • Consistently explore department specific innovation
  • Coordinate with other marketing managers to identify cross-departmental opportunities and integrate the SR division in company-wide marketing initiatives
  • Utilize analytics to optimize digital marketing approaches
  • Leverage integrated marketing initiatives to reach potential consumers through various avenues

    Position Requirements+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Marketing
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
