This is a great entry-level position with ample opportunities for professional growth and development. In this role, you will participate in our formal training program and be assigned a mentor to guide you through learning all lines of commercial insurance. You will work in our systems to process account changes, maintain account information, and quote and issue policies, all while providing a high level of customer service and maintaining workflow standards.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, creative and thrive in a team environment. Excellent customer service, analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail are key in this position. Strong PC skills with experience in Microsoft Windows and Office applications are essential. A bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years insurance experience are required.
