In this vital role, you will:
- Manage a steady volume of inbound calls to assist Allstate customers, third party carriers and other claimants and vendors in our claim process
- Leverage proprietary resources and computer applications to file new claims and bring existing claims to resolution
- Complete outbound customer contacts and follow-up claim work to bring existing claims to resolution
- Utilize critical thinking skills to discover better ways of working and resolve complex problems in a team environment

Compensation, Benefits, and Training Information:
- Start Date is December 5, 2016
Starting salary: $15.00 hourly / $31,200 annually (paid bi-weekly)
Our Total Rewards benefits package beginning on your first day of employment, including 401K, health, dental, vision and life insurance
First 5 weeks will include training Monday – Friday from 11:15am to 8:00pm
Complete training runs for 5 weeks and is mandatory. Due to the importance of training, no time off will be permitted during this period
After training is completed, the permanent shift is Monday - Saturday from 11:15am to 8:00pm with a day off during the week in lieu of the Saturday worked
If you're up to the challenge, here are some of the qualifications you'll need to apply:
Excellent customer service skills and a passion to help others
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) plus
One to two years of customer service experience in an office environment
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
Excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus
External candidates offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
