Claim Manager - Workers Compensation

Location: Oakland, CA

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $95,000 to $105,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Workers' Compensation Claims Manager for their Oakland office.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of Claims Management experience, including 2+ years as a Claims Supervisor
  • 2 to 10+ years of Workers' Compensation Claims experience
  • Oral and written communication skills for all levels of management
  • Ability to hire, lead, and train Supervisors and Adjusters in all aspects of claims review and adjustment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College Degree
  • Industry Certifications such as WCCP, SIP, Claims Designation, etc.
