Coordinates with Legal and other internal departments regarding new contracts, contract renewals, amendments and other contract documentation.Assists in the review of all marketing materials, marketing-oriented websites, email templates, advertisements and processes to ensure compliance with applicable law/regulations and corporate policies/standards.Provide support for the Legal team on a variety of Legal and Operational tasks.Assist Legal team members in the interpretation of agreements, policies, procedures, and effectively communicate finding to colleagues and stakeholders.Hands-on involvement with Legal/Compliance team, Operations staff, and third-party vendors.Assist Legal team members in researching various applicable laws and regulations in determining their impact on Legal projects.Prior experience in a Legal/Compliance department or comparable Project Management experience preferred.Experience maintaining Legal files/contract database, and/or with electronic document signature platforms (e.g. DocuSign, etc.) preferred.Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tact, diplomacy and a high level of professionalism to effectively interact with both internal and external contacts, and coordinate legal activities.Ability to identify, prioritize and solve problems effectively regarding basic matters.Ability to deliver results with a sense of urgency.Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
