We have a challenging opportunity for a Property Claims Manager to lead our claims team and manage the day-to-day operations of the unit. Key responsibilities include:

•Managing complaint phone calls, authorizing/granting authority levels
•Providing guidance and coaching on phases of the claims process, such as coverage issues, authorizing denials and managing department workflow.
•Evaluate department process/programs, offering recommendations as needed
•Conduct file audits to ensure compliances within practices and procedures
•Monitor reserves for accuracy

Qualified candidates will have:

•Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of commercial and personal lines property claims experience
•Previous supervisory experience and HAAG or other related certifications preferred
•Knowledge of current statues and case law, with ability to analyze complex policy contracts
•Ability to attract, develop, retain talent
