Summary:This position will be responsible for the development and execution of Amtrust's SEO strategy, the growth of SEO traffic, and the improvement in conversion of SEO traffic across all Amtrust domains. The Senior SEO Director will work closely with the product management and development teams as well as the broader Marketing team, to implement the initiatives underlying the SEO strategy. This person will also be responsible for the ongoing reporting of performance against such initiatives. The candidate must be able to act and work as a self starter, as this department is organically being built during the first six months to one year of the calendar, will require the candidate to work alone as an independent resource without a strong support staff or teams of resources.
Responsibilities+ Develop SEO strategies for: Both “On-Site” & “Off-Site” SEO strategies, keyword list development, URL and site architecture optimizations, content development, back-linking and other strategies that maximize indexing, rank, CTR and on-site conversion of SEO traffic
