Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards. Ability to establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, inform team members, manage budgets and summarize progress to leadership. Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems, develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the Accounts Receivables Department from business and technical perspectives. Work closely with sales, under writing and product management to capture business requirements. DescriptionThis position reports to the Vice President of Cash Operations and is part of a project management team that support the Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Finance/Treasury representing the AmTrust North America group. They will be responsible for working with Operations, IT, Product Management, Legal, Regulatory, Finance/Accounting, Sales and Under Writing in regards to defect resolution, system/process/product enhancements and becoming a knowledge expert within the operation. Strong communication skills needed to work with senior management and executives Microsoft Office suite skills with emphasis on Excel and Project 5-8 years of project management/business analyst experience required Preferred experience: Insurance industry or any industry when supporting areas of Accounts Receivable, Finance or Treasury 4 year degree preferred but not required Strong ability to manage priorities, ability to changes priorities and ability to see the strategic goals A quick learner, demonstrating initiative and ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent training/teaching skills Minimal travel
