Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 Annually, Depending on Experience
Our client is seeking to hire an Assistant Vice President for their Workers' Compensation Claims Department. This person would be responsible for overseeing a staff of 50+ Workers Compensation Associates which includes Supervisors/Managers, Adjusters, Assistants and Clerical Staff. In addition, this person would oversee the overall operations management for the Charlotte, NC office.

5+ years of Management experience overseeing Supervisors and/or Managers
Strong technical claims knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills
