Apply your customer service experience, organization and computer skills, keen desire to fulfill customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction as a customer service representative in our customer service call center. Duties include but are not limited to: *Respond to phone inquiries from agents and insurers *Quickly and efficiently access needed information to help resolve any issues This is a Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm shift
