Our client, a top bank-owned insurance broker, is currently seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join their growing team in their Norwalk, CT office. This position will provide strategic advisory, management and support services for their current clients from 2 to 50 employees on day-to-day basis from soup to nuts. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining great vendor and carrier relationships, and marketing, preparing quotes and handle enrollment meetings and implementation for the clients. We are looking for 3+ years of experience in group health with some understanding of ancillary lines as well. Candidates could come from carrier, broker, TPA or corporate environment and have excellent customer service, communications and problem-solving skills. Experience with WORKSMART and BenefitPoint are a plus. Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
