Based in Sunrise Florida, with a secondary location in Sarasota Florida, Team Focus Insurance Group (Team Focus) serves the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, most prominently through subsidiaries which include MacNeill Group (MGA, wholesale broker,

The Data Services Clerk expedites and issues new and renewal policies, endorsements and other processes into various computer applications and internet sites. Provides technical assistance to the underwriters staff by performing the following duties.


• Handles a high volume of electronic files and work with various computer applications and internet sites.

• Issues new and renewal policies, endorsements, cancellation and reinstatements maintaining productivity and quality standards as may be established by organization.

• Arranges, labels, and organizes digital pages in system according to the work queue and organizational guidelines.

• Uses computers and computer systems to research, enter and process information.

• Processes transactions and adjust records as necessary and within company policy and procedure guidelines.

• Ensures accurate and efficient data entry into computer programs while working under stress of deadlines.

• Communicates effectively with individuals/teams and reports any system problems to supervisor.

• Creates, indexes and routes electronic files in various programs to appropriate department.

• Follows up on all open and unresolved inquiries.

• Accurately and efficiently enter information into systems

• Maintain high standards of productivity and quality standards

• Assists in training new team members.


• High School diploma or equivalent. Must have minimum of two (2) years of data entry experience.

• Intermediate level data entry capabilities.

• Proven success working independently in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality and quantity goals

• Capable of multi-tasking a variety of tasks and policy issuance for both Personal and Commercial lines

• Ability to react to day to day changes productively

• Proficient computer competency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications necessary.
