Regional insurance organization is looking for a Work Comp Claims Manager to work in their Sarasota, Florida office. Manager will coordinate activities of the staff engaged in examining insurance claims for payment. Working in conjunction with the VP of Claims, will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Seeking a motivational leader with strong analytic skills and the ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a must. The successful candidate will be called on to deliver effective and persuasive presentations to top management, public groups and/or Board Members. The requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree form a four year college and a minimum of 10+ yrs. of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must hold appropriate insurance licenses as required by state.
