DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to develop and maintain programs for the Automotive Department. To act within the guidelines and procedures that have been established by the Vice President of Sales. The Account Manager will provide support to the Department and other Executives of the department. This would include all support functions required by the President, Department Vice President(s), Regional Managers and Program Managers as well as support needed by fellow associates. The Account Manager will be expected to interact with various Automotive Departments such as Sales, ADS, MIS, etc. and outside clients. Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinates and/or assists in the development of programs with VP of Sales and/or VP of Administration.
  • Responsible for following up with clients, when necessary or requested, to get information needed for development of programs.
  • Responsible for developing all materials as needed for programs as determined mutually between client and either VP of Sales or VP of Administration.
  • Responsible for providing detailed information and doing extensive research for development and set up of new programs, system requirements for new system development and/or programming when necessary.
  • Provides support to Administration in resolving issues with programs to include contacting clients for resolution or working with other departments.
  • Department Hours: M-F; 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Additional time may be required to meet deadlines
