Assist IT Vendor Manager with all aspects of IT vendor relationship management, including but not limited to new vendor assessment, vendor performance evaluation, contract review, document retention and data management.Support related IT Administrative functions, as needed, at the direction of IT Vendor Manager.Conduct IT Project Management duties, as-assigned. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAt the direction of the IT Vendor Manager, conduct new vendor assessment, including but not limited to a review of existing contracts and any historical use.Support management of on-going relationships with existing IT vendors. Assist with communications and issue resolution, as necessary.At times, act as a liaison between IT vendors and internal subject matter experts.Assist in the supervision of workflow tasks to meet deadlines and requirements.Assist IT Vendor Manager with developing and implementing vendor performance evaluations, comprised of scorecards, surveys and metric reports.Upon request, conduct review of IT contracts to identify key data points and potential risk factors. Create contract summaries for review by senior leadership.Conduct activities necessary to support IT Administration's document retention activities (e.g. physical and electronic storage of IT invoices, contracts, etc.).Drive the retention and tracking of key contract data fields (e.g. renewal date, service level agreements, obligations, responsibilities, etc.) for technology agreements.Conduct project management duties, as assigned, with potential for presentations on data to internal clients and leadership.Assist with documentation of IT vendor management best practice policies and procedures. Seeks out and recommends process improvements to maximize efficiency of operation.Maintain active familiarity with the IT Purchasing and IT Billing Administration team functions, to lend support as needed.Provide cross-functional support and communication to internal partners, as needed (e.g. legal team, facilities team, finance team).Provide routine administrative support, upon request.
