Territory Manager will create and sustain a producer management process that prioritizes customer focus. Minimum of five years of insurance and/or sales experience in an agency or property & casualty insurance environment. Bachelor's Degree required.
Proven sales skills in the workers compensation/insurance industry.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong organization, planning, and execution skills, with ability to meet deadlines consistently
This position will call on agents in the territory. Will work closely with Underwriting and Claims.
This position can be located anywhere in Illinois. Travel will be necessary. This is an excellent company that offers a competitive salary and a great benefit package. Work life balance is key to this company.
Must have sales/marketing experience, and any underwriting experience is a plus. Work from home, company car offered.
