Position RequirementsRequirements College degree required and certifications preferred across areas of information technology, project management, insurance or business administration. IT experience in partnering with Program Underwriters, Warranty and Specialty Risk Programs, Managing General Agents, Wholesalers and Claims Administrator TPAs is a plus. Experience managing contracts providing high-end IT solutions, including software development, data integration, data management, and data security. Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management. 7-plus years direct experience in overseeing design and implementation of technology solutions for an IT department, particularly data / EDI activities.. 7-plus years managing projects with a solid understanding of project life cycle. Outstanding customer service orientation, teamwork and ability to create an entrusting environment are keys to connecting cross-functional resources to deliver business value. Strong knowledge of system and application development best practices and methodologies. Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
