Locates service provider in a non-covered area in a timely manner, negotiates labor rates while signing up vendors.Assists in development of comprehensive ranking system that will aid in Service selection process.Responsible for all customer satisfaction surveys (CPS & Home), scores surveys, tracks and publishes scores, subsequent interfacing of scores with contractor records.Generate weekly productivity reports.Provides interface between customer, dealer and service provider when attempting to resolve service issue.Communicates necessary business information to the Director of Service & Claims and other staff members.Conducts random audits on service providers.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Maintains current AS400 data and office files. PositionService Network Coordinator
PURPOSE: Carries out the functions and goals of the Director of Service & Claims and objectives of the organization within the guidelines and procedures that have been established by the President. The Services Coordinator will recruit service providers, build and maintain relationships with those essential companies in both the CPS and HSC areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS+ High school or general equivalency degree (GED)Minimum of six (6) months experience at Warrantech.Above average level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.Experience on AS400 system.Familiar with the service industry as it relates to the repair of major appliances and electronics. Experience in a major trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)2 Years of experience in the Service industry (helpful – not required)Excellent customer service / conflict resolution / follow-up skills required.Able to take direction and work independently as well as being a team member.Must be detailed oriented, organized and able apply common sense to carry out instructions.Able to interact effectively with departments at all levels
