A growing insurance carrier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee their recruiting and on-boarding function for their various business units. This will include supporting remote offices, heading up the university recruiting function, and managing outside vendors providing recruiting and relocation services.  Ideal candidates will have a mix of recruiting and HR Generalist experience as well as prior experience working in the P&C insurance industry. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 

•    Undergraduate degree, post graduate degree and Human Resources focus preferred
•    5 – 10 years of Human Resources experience – Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter experience required
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills required – ability to communicate and interact at all levels within the organization is required
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
•    Excellent project management and organization experience and skills
•    Demonstrated results orientation – strong drive to deliver high quality product on agreed timeline
•    Business Acumen – Ability to quickly understand the business, the organization priorities and goals, and the key business metrics
•    Strong MS Office skills – must be proficient in Excel
