AAA EAST CENTRAL is looking for an energetic, driven, and talented individual to join our team in a full-time customer service role that is available at our Martinsburg branch office. Candidates must be available to work 37.50 hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm and rotating Saturday's from 9:00am-1:00pm. The pay for this position ranges from $9.90-$11.50 per hour, based upon experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare TripTiksĀ®, provide maps, tour books, and other travel-related materials.
  • Assist with hotel and car rental reservations and provide auto-travel destination information.
  • Promote, sell, and upgrade AAA memberships and process payments.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities, such as special attraction tickets or travel related merchandise.
  • Issue passport photos.
  • Balance and reconcile cash drawer.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • PC literacy and data entry skills.
  • Ability to operate office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
  • Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks on a daily basis.
  • Successful completion of Auto Club pre-employment assessments, background and drug screenings.
