Structure, draft, analyze and negotiate a wide range of complex technology-related and other commercial contracts, including software licenses, SaaS/ASP, market data licenses, e-commerce and online trading platforms, professional services, software development, HR & benefits, telecommunications, hardware acquisition, and outsourcing (ITO and BPO);Provide licensing, technology, privacy, contractual and other commercial legal advice and counsel to internal clients (consisting of virtually all business and functional units within AmTrust);Advise on technology and IP components of M&A transactions, including negotiating transition services agreements;Train information technology business unit on issues relating to technology and intellectual property law;To the extent engaged, manage outside counsel; and continue building on the legal departments relationship with IT, Procurement and the business/infrastructure units we support. ·
