Currently we are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. Person will be part of a small team supporting our Technology Help Desk with various complex issues.Must have the following experience:
- 2+ years of help desk experience with preference on tier 2 support
- At least one year of experience supporting virtualization applications (VMware or Citrix)
- Certification with Network+A or other similar areas is required
- Solid understanding of networking and security concepts
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Excellent hardware and software technical assessments
- Must be customer focused with excellent service skills
