Develop and implement basic insurance sales skills and product training programs for dealer F&I Managers and sales reps, Sales Managers and other associates. Travel to CNH dealerships, conduct recruiting presentations and training seminars, attend trade shows and other events to promote retail products. Serve as primary contact for sales management team and dealer network for retail insurance and equipment protection plans, sales and marketing initiatives, new product introductions, industry trends and competitive analysis. Provide ongoing feedback and recommend solutions to address insurance sales and marketing challenges and opportunities. Create and promote a positive and productive working relationship with CNH commercial brands, sales managers, dealerships, insurance carriers, program administrators, vendors and other associates. Projects: Assist Director of Insurance in developing new products, programs and key initiatives to grow retail insurance business and increase agency profitability.

DescriptionPrimary responsibility for the profitable sales growth of retail insurance and equipment protection plans marketed to an extensive network of commercial farmers and construction contractors through Case and New Holland (CNH) equipment dealerships (2,000+) nationally. Responsible for recruiting, training and meeting sales goals for retail products including, property damage insurance, credit life, extended service plans and loss damage waivers. Responsible for developing, implementing and managing annual retail insurance business plan including sales goals, recruiting objectives, marketing initiatives, product enhancements, sales promotions and other key business metrics. Shared responsibility for meeting agency sales and profitability goals and managing SG&A budget as assigned.
Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, insurance or a related field Minimum 3 years experience selling insurance, service contracts, extended warranties, or similar products. Minimum 3 years of sales management experience, State insurance licenses for Life/Health/Property/Casualty. Experience managing F&I sales activities for equipment dealers, auto dealers or a similar dealer network on a regional or national scale. Proven track record of recruiting, training and motivating sales reps or F&I managers to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profitability objectives. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
