Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Review new submissions for completeness and determine which carriers to submit the risk to, fax or email the submission with detailed information that outlines the risk at a quick glance highlighting the major points of interest.
2 Request binding orders direct from the company.
3 Read inspection reports and make necessary recommendations.
4 Follow-up on outstanding quotes and renewal quotes approximately one week before expiration, correspond with the agent to see if we will be getting a new renewal order.
5 Set up binder issuance to tech, the company will produce a binder than needs to be routed to the tech assistant with directions for issuance.
6 Agent visits and attend company meetings to promote good will.
