PhotoFax Surveillance Corporation is a private investigation agency rendering services throughout the continental United States. The business was initially founded in 1988. Over 95% of our clients are insurance carriers, third party administrators, or self-insured companies who retain our services to detect insurance fraud through the use of video surveillance.
PhotoFax�s success lies in the fact that they only hire the highest caliber individual to receive the training to become a surveillance investigator. These individuals have high ethical standards, are motivated to succeed, and maintain excellent physical conditioning. Upon completing the rigorous training program, these investigators are then provided with the best equipment available. Each of our field agents uses a specially equipped surveillance vehicle and state-of-the-art video surveillance equipment. The agent�s goal is to document any and all activity of those individuals suspected of committing insurance fraud. For example, in the area of workers� compensation cases, the primary purpose of surveillance is to document on film allegedly injured workers engaging in physical activities which are inconsistent with claimed restrictions and limitations.

In addition to surveillance investigations, PhotoFax, Inc. renders investigative services such as skip-tracing, background investigations, and service of process for the legal community.
