The Farm Family group of insurance companies, headquartered in Glenmont, New York, provides insurance coverage to farms, agribusiness and other related businesses, as well as rural and suburban residents.

Farm Family was founded in 1954 to serve the unique insurance needs of farmers and the agribusiness community. Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company is our primary property/casualty company offering auto, home, farm and business insurance. Farm Family Life Insurance Company offers life insurance, disability income insurance and annuities. Farm Family currently operates in 12 Northeastern states. New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts are our largest states.

In 2001, Farm Family was acquired by American National Insurance Company of Galveston Texas. Farm Family now services commercial line products in many new states across the country under American National Property And Casualty Insurance Company (ANPAC).
