We are looking for agents who, in addition to their monthly and annual commissions, want to increase their income by helping clients build wealth through real estate investing. Our comprehensive training program will help you understand the NorthPoint model and become a knowledgeable and successful Real Estate Investment Advisor.

Our entrepreneurial company is ideal for adventurous professionals with these required qualifications:

� Sales experience
� Real estate experience a plus
� A current real estate license or ability to acquire one within 120 days from start date
� High motivation with a desire to learn something new
� Strong presentation skills
� Ability to create a good first impression and build strong relationships with clients
� Intermediate-level experience with Outlook, Excel and MS Word

As a NorthPoint Real Estate Investment Advisor, you can build client continuity, remain in constant contact with your current database, build client loyalty, and substantially supplement your income with our competitive commission structure.
