Product Development and Distribution:
Via its distribution network of over 2000 producers nationwide, managed by our state-based sales teams, Access can pinpoint and laser market to provide profitable, quality volume for its partners. In addition, Access provides full actuarial reporting capabilities through its actuarial team on staff.

Point of Sale Management:
Access utilizes proprietary web tools to expedite the flow of critical producer data daily to our Territory and Account managers. This allows for immediate dissemination of volume reports, underwriting compliance reports, and trending reports to assist sales personnel in actively managing producers. The Web Tools has several unique features which include:

Red Flags -
A predefined alert that identifies adverse selection.

Summary Reports -
Overview Reports that sales personnel use to review and manage Producer activity.

The Matrix Manager -
Monthly reports by Producer that is incorporated into the established Producer Review Process. A criterion for evaluation includes loss experience, Frequency of Claims, Volume, Underwriting Compliance, Retention, and Web Usage.

Claims Management:
Claims personnel with adjusters averaging five years private passenger auto experience. A team of litigation adjusters, salvage and subrogation management, loss evaluation team and an outside appraisal network process and manage all claims for Access.

Underwriting and Customer Operations:
Call Center, underwriting, and processing personnel provide quality customer service and ensure minimal call wait time with minimal abandonment rates. Multi-lingual processing capabilities and processing experience including cancellation, endorsement, and reinstatement capabilities with a focus on direct bill and premium finance programs.

Information Technology:
On-staff programmers and web site management with proprietary systems have proven beneficial to Access. Daily updated customer information combined with web producer tools that were voted the 'Best website and Producer Tools' in the State of California by the Producers of the State of California in the Year 2000.
