Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia),
18 years of age or older, except employees, officers and directors (and their immediate families and those
living in their same households) of Great Insurance Jobs (“Sponsor”), its parent company, subsidiaries,
affiliates, retailers, distributors, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies. Void where prohibited.
To Enter: CPCU Society Members visit http://www.greatinsurancejobs.com/CPCU between 6:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 11/22/05
and 12:00 PM ET on 11/30/05 and update or add your resume. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address. Entry must be made
by authorized account holder of e-mail address at issue as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible
for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries, inaccurate entry or other sweepstakes related information or failures or
malfunctions of Internet connections, phones, phone lines, telephone systems, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other
malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this sweepstakes, human error or otherwise. Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to
tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes. By participating, entrants agree
to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to
this sweepstakes.
Selection: Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/02/05 by Great Insurance Jobs. Winners will be notified by
e-mail, telephone, U.S. mail and/or overnight express. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prizes: An iPod Shuffle: Up to 240 songs, a million different ways. (Approximate Retail Value: $99). Federal, state & local taxes
are the sole responsibility of the individual winner.
Miscellaneous: No transfer, cash redemption, or substitution of prize except by Sponsor and then for a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where legal, publicity release within
10 days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may
be selected. If prize notification or a prize is returned as non-deliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be
selected. Winner agrees, except where prohibited, that Sponsor may use winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness, and voice for advertising,
promotional and other purposes without compensation. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, partners, retailers,
distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any
damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize,
or participation in this sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative
to the use of any portion of prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to void suspect entries and/or modify, cancel,
terminate or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt
or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes and, at it’s discretion, select a winner from non-suspect,
eligible entries received prior to event requiring such modification, cancellation, termination or suspension. The use of automated entry devices
is prohibited.
